Good habits are best started young, and keeping close contact with a dog is no exception. As the distance between you and your dog increases your influence over him diminishes.
And so with close hunting dogs like spaniels, and with our retriever breeds, we really need to build a habit of keeping in close contact with our puppies. With that in mind, I have posted a short video on the labrador site.
