NOBS: getting shooting folk together

December 1, 2011 by Pippa

About NOBSNOBS (National Organisation for Beaters and pickers up) was created to bring different parts of the shooting community together.

The idea is to enable those who want to participate in beating,  picking up  and loading,  to get in touch with those that need them.

The NOBS website acts as a link between Gamekeepers or Shoot Captains,  and the beaters and pickers up that make the shoot day possible.

Membership of the organisation is only £5.00 for beaters/pickers up/loaders – £10 for Keepers/Shoots  and includes access to  the members only discussion forum where advice on gundog training and health is freely available

NOBS has a team of over a hundred dedicated representative across the country who are active in helping bring people together.

If you would  like to  join or support NOBS you can visit their website for more information
